Refund & Exchange

Once an item is delivered and it is registered as delivered on the Australia Post website we will under NO circumstances resend a parcel. If a parcel goes missing after we have posted it by Australia Post we will help you to lodge an investigation at your local post office or Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any missing parcel  by Australia Post.


At Dolce you are most welcome to come in to the salon to pick up your order within business hours

We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect colour choice. We will exchange for another colour if colour is not correct

we totally understand that it can be difficult to choose the correct colour when ordering online, so we are more than happy to exchange your unopened Dolce Hair Extensions for another colour. 

For hygienic reasons we are only able to exchange hair extensions that have not been opened or worn.
All products must be returned to Dolce in the original packaging and condition.

 

Orders

Order before 4.00pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch.
We do not post out on weekends, or public holidays.


Australian Customers

We send all our parcels using Australia Posts - Express e-Parcel Service. We do not offer Regular Post as parcels take too long to arrive.
If your wanting insurance on your order, please call us so we can discuss a quote for your order.

International Customers

Worldwide with Online Tracking and Signature Delivery
When will I receive my parcel?
Delivery Time: 10-14 business days $25.00 (AU$) flat rate no matter what you buy. Trackable on www.usps.com
Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your tracking number via email.
International Orders can take up to 48 hours for us to dispatch, and delivery times are given based on the dispatch date, not the order date.
